Hey Babe! I’m Izsie! I’m here to rewrite stories and spark radical self-love while guiding you in how to care for your body and achieve the active lifestyle you desire.
As someone who’s walked the path of challenges, from body shaming to eating disorders, I found my way back to holistic well-being. Now, I’m an ACE certified fitness trainer and GGS Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, with a mission to empower big, curvy girls. I believe in small, sustainable changes and building a foundation rooted in self-love and functional movement.

Growing up, I was a VERY active kid. I found a lot of joy in activities from Dancing to swimming, to even playing Rugby! When puberty hit, my body’s changes were deemed ‘undesirable’ by the world around me. Diets and restrictions followed, leading to a toxic relationship with food and my body. The echoes of judgment and media stereotypes further fueled my internal struggles. Overcoming eating disorders and self-esteem battles, I channeled my frustration into becoming a certified fitness trainer. My mission is simple yet profound: to guide you toward holistic well-being, empowering you to reclaim your narrative and fall in love with the skin you’re in.

I reclaimed my relationship with food, gained strength, and improved my health without obsessing over my weight. I now confidently pursue my dreams, unburdened by anxiety and self-doubt.
