About

Hey Beautiful Souls!

II’m Izsie, and I am so glad that you are here!

I’m no stranger to the twists and turns life can take. From a childhood filled with joyful activity to facing body shaming and diet culture, my journey to radical self-love was far from smooth. Like many, I wrestled with the demands of society’s ideals and the internal struggle to embrace my body.

Puberty brought with it changes that society deemed ‘undesirable,’ leading me down the path of diets, restrictions, and a toxic relationship with my own reflection. As adults around me whispered judgments and the media perpetuated harmful stereotypes, I internalized a belief that I was somehow ‘broken’ and needed fixing. Years of battling eating disorders and grappling with self-esteem challenges took their toll.

The fitness industry, while promising empowerment, often wielded a double-edged sword. A well-crafted program drowned in weight loss messaging, triggering past traumas. It was the final straw that pushed me to carve a new path.

Frustrated, but fueled by determination, I became an ACE certified fitness trainer. I sought the truth about well-being and embarked on a journey to understand how genuine health could be achieved without compromising self-worth. Armed with this knowledge, I was driven to share it with other women who, like me, were tired of being told they weren’t enough.

My philosophy marries movement with psychology, aligning behavior-based goals with body positivity. As a GGS Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, I advocate for a different approach—one where sustainable change grows from self-love and empowerment. Dancing, music, and sports fuel not just my workouts but also my connection with clients. And in my pursuit of learning, I’m now working toward a certification as a Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist.

This journey isn’t just about fitness; it’s about rewriting stories, embracing holistic well-being, and celebrating the unique strengths that make each of us extraordinary. I’m here for those who want to take control of their health and narrative, replacing self-doubt with confidence and restrictions with freedom. Let’s step onto this path of self-love, together.
